ClipKit is private software operated by OverclipHQ. It is not offered to the public, sold, licensed, or made available as a service. There is nothing to sign up for.
ClipKit runs on hardware controlled by OverclipHQ and publishes only to channels and accounts OverclipHQ owns. No third party is given access to it or to the accounts it connects to.
ClipKit's use of the YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Its use of other platform APIs is subject to each of those platforms' own terms.
Clips published by OverclipHQ are drawn from publicly broadcast livestreams and credit the streamer they came from, along with the original clipper where a moment was first marked by a viewer. Rights holders who want a clip removed can write to contact@overcliphq.com and it will be taken down.
The software and this website are provided as they are, with no warranty of any kind.
